Summer Sculpt

Summer Sculpt is a 12 week program designed to help women feel their most confident for summer! Grab your bikini's because we are getting toned, lean, and thriving this summer on the beach!

I remember the summers where I was hiding behind my kids in photos, grabbing that cover up, or constantly being worried about how my bathing suit was fitting.

Summer Sculpt is designed to release all those worries and simply enjoy summer! Together we will be sweaty in workouts, nourishing our bodies with delicious nutrition, and rediscovering our confidence.

This program was created to be challenging yet fun with a combination of strength training and cardio workouts.

Designed to build lean muscle, while burning excess body fat these workouts will leave you feeling toned and strong just in time for summer.

With both home or gym options, you choose between 3, 4, or 5 days of workouts per week, making this program designed to work alongside your schedule, not against it!


We believe that workouts should be fueled with balanced nutrition but understand that it can be overwhelming to figure out. To go along with your workouts you will receive customized nutrition protocols working alongside Chelsea herself, taking the guesswork out of the plan.

Accountability throughout this process is the key to success which is why we created custom weekly check in's with Chelsea. Ensuring you are always on the right track!

What's included

Offering both gym and home options of 3,4, or 5 days a week. Designed with a combination of strength training and cardio.

Weekly Check-ins

In depth check in's to evaluate your progress, answer all questions, brainstorm for success, and get guidance for the upcoming week. 


As your coach I'm here to guide you along the way, make sure you are staying on track, offering encouragement and support.

Customized Nutrition

Nutrition protocols calculated specifically for you exactly where you are at. 

Private App Access

Your workouts and nutrition protocols will all be housed in one app, supported with video examples, taking to guesswork out.
