I remember the summers where I was hiding behind my kids in photos, grabbing that cover up, or constantly being worried about how my bathing suit was fitting.
Summer Sculpt is designed to release all those worries and simply enjoy summer! Together we will be sweaty in workouts, nourishing our bodies with delicious nutrition, and rediscovering our confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM SUMMER SCULPT
This program was created to be challenging yet fun with a combination of strength training and cardio workouts.
Designed to build lean muscle, while burning excess body fat these workouts will leave you feeling toned and strong just in time for summer.

With both home or gym options, you choose between 3, 4, or 5 days of workouts per week, making this program designed to work alongside your schedule, not against it!
We believe that workouts should be fueled with balanced nutrition but understand that it can be overwhelming to figure out. To go along with your workouts you will receive customized nutrition protocols working alongside Chelsea herself, taking the guesswork out of the plan.

Accountability throughout this process is the key to success which is why we created custom weekly check in's with Chelsea. Ensuring you are always on the right track!
