MOMentum is an 8 week all in one program built to kickstart your healthy lifestyle now that the kids are back in school. Created for the busy mom who has been waiting for the "right time to start" but doesn't know where to begin.

Designed to be maintainable so you can finally stop starting over.

Combined of 2 strength workouts and 2 sculpt workouts a week, this program is made for you to get in and out within 30 minutes.

 

Not only do you get customized nutrition targets for yourself but you'll receive healthy, balanced recipes that will have you hitting your goals, while the kids will be asking for seconds.

Just like motherhood, creating a healthy lifestyle takes a village. With weekly check in's, daily tasks, and an army of likeminded moms alongside you, you are sure to feel supported throughout the next 8 weeks!

Designed of 4, 30 minute at home workouts per week performed simply with a few dumbbells.

Chelsea will look over your weekly adherence to ensure you reaching your goals and make any adjustments needed to your nutrition protocols.

As your coach I'm here to guide you along the way, make sure you are staying on track, offering encouragement and support.

Customized Nutrition

Nutrition protocols calculated specifically for you exactly where you are at along with family friendly recipes.

Private App Access

Your workouts and nutrition protocols will all be housed in one app, supported with video examples, taking to guesswork out.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!

I'm Chelsea, a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Before I was teaching other women on fitness & nutrition I was just like you! A busy mom of two trying to balance the busyness of motherhood while trying to create a healthy lifestyle.

After successfully losing a combined 94 pound following two pregnancies, and keeping it off ever since, it became my passion to help others create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable!
